Welcome to Kimchi Smoke. We feature Award winning Barbecue using traditional BBQ techniques with an array of flavor profiles ranging from Texas, Kansas City, Carolinas, Hong Kong, Manila, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, and of course Korea.
Chef Robert Austin Cho cooks what he is eating at the current moment. Most of the classics are always on the menu but look for his specials and Chomakase, and Pop Up Nights when he does them!

The Pitmaster at Kimchi Smoke, Cho serves up dishes that pack an unexpected kick and flip of traditional barbecue recipes on that head ( a recent one involved brisket, a glazed donut, and red white, and blue sprinkles) Always innovating, there is never a dull moment with Chef Cho.
